MESSAGE FROM THE NURSE

I would like to say thank you for welcoming me and making me feel welcome to the school community. I work as a casual nurse on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and our First Aiders Saadet and Esra work on the other days. I would like to wish the entire year 12 students farewell and the very best of luck for their exams. Congratulations also to the grade 6 students on their graduation! Just do your best and remember this is only a small part of your life's journey. Just a reminder to eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated during this time. It may be helpful to take some supplements like spiriluna, fish oils and vitamin D to help during these stressful times. Make sure you take some time out for yourself to do some exercise like going for a walk, riding your bike, listening to music and even going out with friends. Set yourself a plan and do your best to stick to it. The rewards will be worth it. The world is your oyster. Dream big, the bigger the better.

IF YOUR DREAMS DON'T SCARE YOU THEY ARE NOT BIG ENOUGH.

Many Thanks
